Girls Quest is always seeking individuals who desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our girls. Whether you're a professional, a student, a parent, retiree, there is a volunteer opportunity available for you! Please click here if you're interested in volunteering for the Mentor Program.

Make a Difference and New Friends - Join the Young Professionals Committee (YPC)
The YPC consists of a dynamic group of enthusiastic women and men from the New York Metropolitan Area that promote Girls Quest by hosting events geared towards other young professionals interested in supporting our mission, as well as meeting new people and networking while attending charity functions.

The role of the YPC is to help raise awareness and funds through a number of small events and activities throughout the year. Meetings are held every other month to coordinate fundraising & "friend-raising" events such as happy hours and wine tastings, while also creating a signature event which the committee will coordinate annually. There will also be opportunities (for those interested) to work with our girls, such as at outings (for example bowling), career days, etc.

A Night of Cocktails with Girls Quest's YPC on October 24th

The Young Professionals Committee held its first fundraising event on October 24th at Local Bar and Cafe. More than 50 guests enjoyed a two-hour open bar and delicious hors d'oeuvres as well as a raffle.
