Our Programs | Mentor Program | Mentoring Resources:
The Girls Quest Mentor Program offers support to all mentors throughout the life of their match. The Mentor Program staff works hard in training prospective mentor applicants prior to being matched with a mentee. Once accepted as an official Girls Quest mentor, monthly supervision allows mentors to receive continued support from staff. In addition, virtual Mentor Support Network (MSN) meetings allow mentors to gain insight from their fellow peers. Topics, such as Communication, are introduced by the staff to the group to begin discussion. Mentors have the unique opportunity to learn about other match relationships and provide support and feedback to one another. For more information on how to be a part of the virtual MSN group please contact Susan Thomas, Director of Mentor Program, sthomas@girlsquest.org . - Thank you for a great meeting last night!
